Tariff for One-to-One Immersion Courses

At Exclusively English there are NO hidden costs or extra charges such as booking fees, transfer charges to and from the airport, separate accommodation or meal costs, excursion charges.

This tariff includes, for each week of training:

intensive one-to-one training (09.00 - 17.00) with individually designed course programme

5 hours of group training sessions covering specific areas of General Business English

at least 20 hours of social English with teachers and participants outside of lesson timetable

professional course materials, audio-visual aids, videos, multi-media projectors

fully accompanied outings and social activities

accommodation at the elegant  Eastbury Hotel

comfortable, executive-standard study bedrooms with private modern bathroom, phone, tv (SKY), free broadband internet access in student’s room

superb cuisine of the highest quality - lunch and dinner always taken with Exclusively English teaching staff.  Some evening meals are taken in a traditional pub/restaurant nearby, always accompanied

free transfers to and from London Heathrow on Sunday and Friday (Wednesday for 10-day immersion course)

 Terms of Payment

1. The course fees are payable in total not later than 14 days before the course commences.  Please note that if payment is not received by this date, we cannot guarantee that your course will proceed.  May we draw your attention to the fact that international bank transfers can take up to 10 days to clear.

2. In the event of cancellation, full refunds are only possible if we are notified more than 14 days before the course  commences.  Cancellation later than 14 days before the course commences will entail a cancellation fee of £750.

3. A fee of £50 will be incurred for rearrangement of a confirmed booking.

The directors regret there can be no credit for uncompleted courses.

Tariff for Telephone Lessons

Each telephone lesson includes pre-call preparation, 20 minute call and emailed feedback.

Many students book a module of telephone lessons to take after their training as a way of maintaining their level once they return home. They are an excellent way of continuing your programme with your personal trainers. These can be taken at your convenience – when you book you do not need to specify precise dates or times.

Telephone lessons are available independently from our immersion courses.
