Breakfast
Breakfast is served
every morning at the school. A traditional cooked
English breakfast is available during the week
if desired.
Lunch
Lunch is taken in the Cedars Restaurant with all the teaching team. A varied international cuisine is provided throughout the week. Specific dietary requirements can be catered for as long as we are notified at the time of booking.
Dinner
A full evening meal is provided,
sometimes at Holbrook, sometimes at a traditional
pub or restaurant nearby. Delegates enjoy a high
quality and varied range of English or international
cuisine every evening and vegetarian options
are always available. Dinner is always taken
with at least one trainer (except Wednesday).
Lively and interesting dinner-table conversation
is an essential and enjoyable part of our course,
and delegates find mealtimes provide a great
opportunity to get to know their fellow delegates
and trainers; furthermore we do our utmost to
ensure that everyone is relaxed and happy and
that the standard of cuisine does not disappoint.
