Course Tariffs for Intensive Immersion Training

At Exclusively English there are NO hidden costs or extra charges such as booking fees, transfer charges to and from the airport, separate accommodation or meal costs or excursion charges.  Leisure and sports facilities are free of charge (at Sherborne Boys College for courses at The Eastbury).  The programme includes at least 13 hours of immersion in English per day.

One week intensive immersion (Sun to Fri) - £2600 pounds sterling (no VAT)

10-day immersion training (Sun to Wed of 2nd week) - £4400 pounds sterling 
(including weekend Option 1 with excursion)

2-week immersion training (Sun to Fri of 2nd week) - £5400 pounds sterling
(including weekend Option 1 with excursion)

The tariff includes:

• intensive one-to-one training (09.00 - 17.00) with individually designed course programme
• 5 hours of group training sessions covering specific areas of General Business English
• total immersion in the language outside of lessons from breakfast until bedtime
• professional course materials, audio-visual aids, videos, multi-media projectors
• fully accompanied outings and social activities
• accommodation at the elegant  Eastbury Hotel or Holbrook House
• comfortable, executive-standard study bedrooms with private modern bathroom, phone, tv (SKY), cd player, broadband/WiFi internet access
• superb cuisine of the highest quality.  Lunch and dinner always taken with Exclusively English teaching staff.  Some evening meals are taken in a traditional pub/restaurant nearby, always accompanied
• free transfers to and from London Heathrow on Sunday and Friday.

Terms of Payment

1. The course fees are payable in total not later than 14 days before the course commences.  Please note that if payment is not received by this date, we cannot guarantee that your course will proceed.  May we draw your attention to the fact that international bank transfers can take up to 10 days to clear.
2. In the event of cancellation, refunds are only possible if we are notified more than 14 days before the course commences.  There will be a £100 cancellation fee.  Cancellation later than 14 days before the course commences will entail a cancellation fee of £750.
3. A fee of £50 will be incurred for rearrangement of a confirmed booking.
4. The directors regret there can be no credit for uncompleted courses.
