When
we have confirmed the dates, there are two documents
we will need. The first is the Preliminary
Training Needs Analysis Form which gives your
programme trainers important information about
the areas of the language
you would like to study.
The second form is the Travel Form which will
tell us your Flight or Train information.
This is important so that we can meet you at the
airport. Please include a mobile phone number where
possible.
INSURANCE: Delegates are not insured by Exclusively
English against illness, injury, accident, theft
or any loss of personal effects. We strongly recommend
that full insurance cover is taken out before the
commencement of the course. This should cover all
medical expenses incurred as a result of illness
or accident, any damage to or loss of personal
effects whilst attending a course or participating
in any activities associated with the course. We
also recommend that insurance cover includes reimbursement
to the client of any course fees incurred should
the delegate be unable to attend or complete his/her
course as these are non-refundable by Exclusively
